Happy Monday, friends! I’m on my way back to Colorado today after spending a wonderful week in Maryland with family and friends. I’ll have a lot to catch you guys up on a little later in the week, but wanted to share a great and helpful guest post with you today. It’s hard to believe- but Paige and I only just met for the first time this past April! We quickly became besties and she’s been a saving grace in my life since I moved to Colorado. One thing that I really admire about Paige is how knowledgeable she is about exercise and personal training. Truth be told- Paige is kind of a huge nerd when it come to fitness- she reads up on everything she can get her hands on and always staying on top of the latest trends. I’m hoping that some of that motivation will rub off on me.
Long before we were real friends (as opposed to blog friends), I actually contacted Paige to get some tips on becoming a personal trainer before getting my own certification.
