    Happy Birthday to Paige!! I have always loved to work out but I have gotten lazy in my own age and have found it way easier to follow a routine that is laid out for me than to come up with my own. I have read Paige’s blog and about her online program and I would love to win this!

Since there are only so many hours in the day and having a 2 year old, working full time and having a husband who also works full time and is taking a full course load towards and MBA, my effort to getting fit has turned into 5:30am workout sessions. It works great for me, but the opportunity to take any classes or get support at the gym that early in the morning is pretty much slim to none. After the first of the year, I was so excited that they would be offering an early morning boot camp. I took it and loved it! They were all set to offer it again two weeks ago, then cancelled due to lack of interest. Guess not everyone likes to get up that early! But needless to say, I was really disappointed and now I have fallen back into the same boring cardio routine and need to mix it up!

    I would love to win because I need extrinsic motivation to accomplish my goals. I need a program that will list what I need to do in order to succeed…I cannot just say “I’m going to go work out” and get a great workout in because I do not have the knowledge to do so.

    Happy Birthday Paige!!! i’d love to try out her online bootcamp because I do SO much better following something laid out for me and I’m really getting bored at the gym right now. I have to play mind games to trick me into going because I’m bored. When I’m there I have to zone out and not worry what others are thinking about my program for the day.
